Accepted papers are still due NO LATER THAN 30 September. The package with review comments etc will also have info for authors from Springer, registration forms, etc ...

NOTE FOR AUTHORS: Here you can get a postscript file with author's instructions from Springer. Remember that we allow a maximum of 20 pages for final papers, but DO NOT extend you paper much beyond the version reviewed. Simply try to adher to the comments provided by the reviewers.
